The Process

From time to time, it may become necessary for a council member to enact disciplinary action on a member. This may occur because the member has not obeyed the rules of groups and raids, or has repeatedly broken one of the more general rules. DO NOT complain over general guild chat! Please PST a council member to discuss all complaints. Individuals who are found to be discussing their problems with the guild to members not in the guild (ie: complaining) are invited to simply leave.

Malfurion's Raiders works on a council model, and demotions will be given in only the most dire circumstances, after other avenues have been exhausted, and after the council has been provided with a chance to vote.

If you have a grievance against another member, please contact a member of the council. All complaints will be dealt with promptly and as impartially as possible. Please ensure that your complaint is legitimate and well stated. Complaints that are frivolous in nature and waste the council members time may not put you in a favourable light with the Council. If you wish to do this out of the game, please PM Nocturnalle, the Guild Leader, via the forums.
